Frequently Asked Questions:
Why is there a limit of 2 ticket requests per organization at a Deputy Minister table? The Deputy Ministers’ Dinner is first and foremost a government-access event. The 2-ticket limit ensures that a variety of organizations can participate in meaningful dialogue with Deputy Ministers, rather than one group filling a full table. This creates a balanced and engaging experience for everyone involved.
Can we still bring more than two representatives from our organization? Yes. You may purchase additional tickets for your team, which include full access to the event. However, each organization is limited to 2 seats at any one Deputy Minister table. If more than 2 tickets are requested for the same Deputy Minister, only the first 2 will be considered for DM seating and the remaining tickets will be reassigned to another DM or as General Admission.
How are Deputy Ministers assigned to tables? During registration, attendees will be asked to select their top three Deputy Minister preferences. Seating assignments are made based on registration order and availability, with priority given first to ACC Industry Partners and then to ACC Members. While we will do our best to accommodate one of the selected preferences, we cannot guarantee seating with a specific Deputy Minister.
