Political Action Day & MLA Dinner is an excellent opportunity to meet one-on-one with key government leaders. The full day features educational sessions and keynote presentations from respected experts on current and emerging issues facing Alberta. The event brings together chambers of commerce and business leaders from across the province to connect with elected Members of the Legislative Assembly, discuss the current economic climate, and explore solutions that advance the business community’s interests. Daytime and evening programming are designed to support meaningful engagement with elected officials. Daytime activities include expert-led education sessions and a luncheon featuring the Leader of the Official Opposition. The evening MLA reception and dinner provide an opportunity to network with members of the provincial government caucus. Premier Danielle Smith will deliver remarks and moderate a Q&A with elected officials following dinner. Attendees are encouraged to actively participate in the moderated Q&A and engage directly with elected officials on the issues most important to their communities and businesses. |
Attendees: Government of Alberta MLAs, Government of Alberta Chief of Staff, local government officials, senior business leaders and community chamber of commerce executives.

The MLA Dinner is first and foremost a government-access event. The 2-ticket limit ensures that a variety of organizations can participate in meaningful dialogue with MLAs, rather than one group filling a full table. This creates a balanced and engaging experience for everyone involved.
Yes. You may purchase additional tickets for your team, which include full access to the event. However, each organization is limited to 2 seats at any one MLA table. If more than 2 tickets are requested for the same MLA, only the first 2 will be considered for MLA seating and the remaining tickets will be reassigned to another MLA or as General Admission.
During registration, attendees will be asked to select their top three MLA preferences. Seating assignments are made based on registration order and availability, with priority given first to ACC Partners and then to ACC Members. While we will do our best to accommodate one of the selected preferences, we cannot guarantee seating with a specific MLA.
Attendees do not need to print or have their electronic tickets on hand. Their personalized nametags—available at the registration table—will serve as their entry pass.
