With over 20 years of experience in retail management roles, Chad has held a wide variety of leadership and operational roles in dynamic, fast-paced environments. In his transition to the municipal sector, Chad worked in community engagement, bringing a solutions-focused approach to public service.
Currently serving as a Crime Prevention Liaison with the Community Safety and Well-Being Branch of the RCMP in Alberta, Chad specializes in addressing property crimes through Project Lock, an initiative aimed at safeguarding communities. Trained in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles, he combines innovative strategies and community collaboration to reduce property-related offenses and promote safer neighborhoods.
